On Sunday 26 May 2024, the Giro d’Italia will end in Rome, and the final stage will preclude passing through Via di San Gregorio on the way in and out.
We feel it is important to share some information that may be useful for all visitors.
The riders will meet in Via delle Terme di Caracalla.
The queuing of the athletes will take place on Via di San Gregorio, Via Celio Vibenna and Via dei Fori Imperiali, as well as on the stretch of Via delle Terme di Caracalla as far as Piazza di Numa Pompilio.
The pedestrian crossing at the height of Via dei Cerchi will always be active.
The start will be at 11.15 am from the Arch of Constantine and the finish will be at the same point.
The award ceremony will be held in the Piazza del Colosseo at the Arch of Constantine in the afternoon at 19.00.
We would therefore like to point out that there will be considerable entry and exit difficulties for visitors during the entire opening hours of the PArCo.
We will promptly report on this post any updates received from the organisers and Roma Capitale.
