The February newsletter and all the newsletters to follow in 2020 will be an homage to the PArCo’s logo, represented by the conjoined C and O, a Latin epigraphic ligature reminiscent of the Colosseum’s oval-shaped ground plan. A special space will also be reserved for each month’s main event. The greatly successful exhibition “Carthago. The immortal myth” will continue this month, on display throughout the spaces of the Colosseum and Roman Forum until 29 March.
The Ephimera. Discussions about fashion conference series also has more in store. On Saturday, 8 February, Gabriella Pescucci and Enrico Magrelli will present Oscar for best costumes; followed on Saturday, 22 February by Daniela Baroncini and Giacomo Ferrara with Eros’s wardrobe: literature, fashion and seduction.
The ABC’s of art therapy are back too, with the Park-in-PArCo project in the Palatine Museum. On Saturday, 8 February, at 10:30, we suggest the Body, Voice and Theater Workshop by Anna Maria Loliva, for people living with Parkinson’s and those accompanying them.
And don’t forget that Sunday, 2 February is #domenicaalmuseo with free entry to the PArCo (all SUPER sites and temporary exhibitions will be closed to the public on this date).
