Due to the closure of the underground areas from 4.15 p.m. on 3 SEPTEMBER 2024 until the end of the day on 4 SEPTEMBER 2024 due to extreme adverse weather conditions, tickets will be refunded as follows

• 03/09/2024 Full refund for all applicants with tickets valid from 4.15 p.m. onwards
• 04/09/2024 Partial refund for all applicants with Full Experience Sotterranei Arena tickets set at Euro 6 for all holders of such tickets and an additional Euro 8 (EIGHT) in the case of guided tour bookings
