From Thursday 4 June to Monday 20 July 2026 inclusive, the terrace of the Temple of Venus and Rome, opposite the Colosseum, will be temporarily closed.
The closure will allow for the staging and running of two events with free admission for the public:
Venere in Musica (18–23 June) and Quo Vadis?, a series of evenings featuring film screenings organised by the Cineteca Nazionale (July).

The Museum of the Roman Forum and the Cell of the Dea Roma will remain open as usual.
