Adventus Hadriani. Historical reenactment
On the occasion of Christmas in Rome, the Parco archeologico del Colosseo hosted the historical reenactment of “Adventus Hadriani”, organized by the Gruppo Storico Romano. At the Casa delle Vestali in the Roman Forum, a group of figures in historical costume represented the striking ceremony of the Emperor Hadrian’s investiture on the throne.
